Our recent wristband competition, which involved coming up with a slogan for our KYSS wristbands was won by Eimear Crowley from Ballinspittle who is a third year student at the Kinsale community school.

Minding Young Peoples Mental Health

Kinsale Youth Support Services, this year are focusing on mental health issues in the community. As part of this we are organising a series of talks for the general public. The first of these titled `MINDING YOUNG PEOPLES MENTAL HEALTH` will take place on Wednesday 14th March 2012 at 8pm in The Trident Hotel, Kinsale. The talk is being presented by Dr Riana Vermack, Clinical Psychologist (H.S.E). All are welcome to attend.

Wristband Slogan Competition - €100 up for grabs!
You need to design a wrist band slogan for KYSS. The prize is 100 euro and will have your slogan printed on the wrist bands. The slogan needs to be something related to mental health, drugs and alcohol awareness. Closing date for the competition is the 14th of February 2012. You can enter your slogan on the facebook page as a reply to our post.
