KYSS was founded in 2010 as a community led mental Health organization established by a local resident to promote mental health awareness and well-being. Based in kinsale and serving surrounding areas KYSS is an accessible grassroots support service for mental health through informal education outreach and community engagement

This is active in a number of modes, such as community talks, work with individuals, the Youth Forum, summer events and through social media.
